Melanie is a Senior UI/UX Designer who spent 5 years at PTC making complex enterprise software simple. Design systems and accessibility are where she does her best work. She loves digging into the data behind a decision, but believes good design still needs a human touch.

Growing up Brazilian influences how she approaches design. Inclusivity isn't optional, it's essential. She thinks in both Portuguese and pixels (just ask her dog, named Pixel) and brings a multicultural lens to everything she creates.

When she’s not deep in Figma or up in the Adobe Creative Cloud, you’ll find her painting, shooting film photography or hiking with her husband and Pixel. She’s currently exploring opportunities in technology-forward roles where design systems and accessibility actually shape the product.
